A
challenging assignment in Delaware County. This once beautiful
home’s wood siding was badly weathered and the paint
was faded and peeling. The varied and steeply pitched roof
lines posed additional challenges for us.
Affordable
Weaver’s crew power washed, scraped, filled (as necessary) and
sanded the entire house before beginning to paint. Since this exposed bare wood,
an oil-based MAB primer was used to protect it and provide superior adherence
for the 2 latex top coats. A MAB “elastic” paint was used on the
stuccoed brick surfaces.
Just two days later, the “after” shots
reveal once again
the beauty
of this classic residence adorned in
“stately gray” with white
trim.
